Novel News: October 2020

Fall is finally here! Bring on the pumpkin spice and the cooler weather!

What a year, 2020 has been thus far. I know that many of us have dealt with more this year than in the last five. With the continuing crises: the COVID-19 pandemic, assorted natural disasters, and the threat of social and political upheaval, I know we all need prayer and words of comfort from each other. I sincerely pray God’s grace and peace to you all, and that you will continue to persevere despite what life may throw at you.

On a lighter note, I am thrilled to be sharing what God is doing through my writing! Get ready for some more Novel News!

I have started getting feedback from my beta readers on Book Three in the Chronicles of Alethia. I am making certain edits that I believe will make the final manuscript that much better and eagerly await hearing from my editors. The war with the dragon has led to another showdown with all our favorite characters. In addition, many of the character’s lives, which were turned upside down in the last book, must now make hard choices that will determine how the war will ultimately end.

I am hoping to be able to share this story with you by the 2020 holiday season! 🤞

As it currently stands, all book signing events have been cancelled or postponed. I do hate that the current circumstances require that these events need to be cancelled, but I also want all my readers to stay safe and well!

Continued blessings upon all of your writing endeavors as we move toward the end of 2020. Remember: “The world does not need more Christian literature. What it needs is more Christians writing good literature.” — C. S. Lewis
