Novel News: April 2020

Welcome to April 2020! I know many of us had a difficult March. I think it is safe to assume that the events we all shared, whether in person or via the television/internet, will go down in the history books. Our lives were disrupted and fear seemed to overwhelm. Yet here we are in April! Spring is here and with Easter we have a chance at new beginnings. As always, I am thrilled to be sharing what God is doing through my writing! Brace yourself for some more Novel News!

EVENTS:

This spring I was excited to be participating in two incredible events, yet because of the COVID-19 crisis both the event at the Book Attic and at Copperfield Books were cancelled. I do hate that these events need to be cancelled, but I also want all my readers to stay safe and well!

POSTPONED: Copperfield Books (TBA for later this year)

THE NEXT BOOK:

Work on Book Three in the Chronicles of Alethia series has picked up and I’ve been able to complete over 90 percent of the first draft. Things are coming to a head as all the characters are facing yet another crisis. Can they any of them hope to stop the dragon and his army? Several of my readers asked how Book Three was coming along and my answer continues to be that the book will be longer and more intense than Book One or Book Two. The war with the dragon has led to another showdown with all our favorite characters. In addition, many of the character’s lives, which were turned upside down in the last book, must now make hard choices that will determine how the war will ultimately end. Book Three will definitely leave you asking: Can anyone stop dragon?

So excited as the story really comes together and I look forward to finishing and sharing this and other stories with you.
